You ordered the wrong size, the color is wrong, or you received the wrong item? No problem! Simply contact our customer service by email at shop@bsocks.ch. Or simply fill out our return form below.

To return items for return or exchange, please use the following address:

So that we can process your delivery, we ask you to enclose the invoice or delivery note and note the reason for the return. The same applies if you would like an exchange or a replacement delivery.

After receiving the completed return form, we will process your case as quickly as possible:
(If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, we ask you to attach a picture to speed up the return process.)


Return conditions
Please note that we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Franking
The return must be sufficiently stamped and sent in the original packaging within the return period.

Item condition
We assume that the items sent for return are unused, undamaged and unwashed. Items that have already been worn, used or washed cannot be returned.

Custom-made products
However, custom-made items, items made to special measurements, in special colors or other customer-specific changes are excluded from the right of return.
