Scope
bsocks.ch provides all services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These apply to the ordering and delivery of goods via the Internet or in written form. By submitting an order via bsocks.ch you agree to these conditions.
Prices
The prices displayed in the online shop are binding.
The prices displayed in the shopping cart immediately before submitting the order apply exclusively to the items ordered.
The prices include the statutory VAT for Switzerland, which is displayed in the shopping cart.
Vouchers
No more than one voucher can be used in one order (cannot be combined).
Shipping costs
Free shipping for orders over 49.-.
Contract and purchase conclusion
By completing an order process and sending one or more orders to bsocks.ch, a contractual relationship exists between bsocks.ch and you in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
Both parties can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. A declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within 30 days with a receipt; this can also be done by email.
Complaints about defects
You can make a complaint about defects immediately after receiving the goods. bsocks.ch undertakes to replace faulty goods within a reasonable period of time or to refund the purchase price. You must send the defective goods to bsocks.ch in an unused condition.
Delivery
We usually ship within 1-2 business days so you can have your order in your hands quickly. At bsocks.ch, your satisfaction is our priority and we pride ourselves on meeting your sock needs with speed and efficiency.
If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you will be informed of the expected delivery period by email.
pay
This is done as requested in the web shop. Unpaid goods remain the property of bsocks.ch until they are paid for in full. Advance payment in the e-shop via the credit card / wallet or Paypal systems offered.
Warranties
Swiss law expressly applies; warranties must be sent by registered mail to bsocks.ch.
If there are quality complaints, a simple email is sufficient.
Data protection
All data is treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation and is only used for business transactions and is not passed on or made available to third parties. We regularly inform you about new developments, special events and promotional activities via newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this information, you have the option of informing us in writing or unsubscribing from these services using the link in our messages. All data transmitted via bsocks.ch (except for the payment process) is unencrypted. bsocks.ch cannot accept any liability for the security of data transmitted over the Internet.
Severability clause, right to change
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or incomplete or should their fulfillment become impossible, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The contracting parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a permissible, effective provision that, in terms of its content, comes closest to the original intention and the economic purpose pursued thereby. All changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in a form that allows proof by text, such as email. This also applies to a change to the written form requirement. bsocks.ch can change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be communicated to you by email or in another suitable way online. As soon as you use services from bsocks.ch after the change, you implicitly agree to the new terms and conditions. Any other contractual terms of the customer, including those that you declare to be applicable when accepting the contract, do not become part of the contract. They are only valid if and to the extent that they have been expressly accepted by bsocks.ch in writing.
Applicable law/jurisdiction
All legal issues directly or indirectly related to bsocks.ch are subject exclusively to Swiss law in the jurisdiction of Küssnacht am Rigi.
